Pad printing is the best printing method for small logo on small gifts like pen, golf ball, stationeries, flash drive, power bank, drinkware and etc.

Laser Engraving

Using lasers to engrave an object

Best on the gifts in wooden, metal, stainless steel. The color logo will turn based on the based color of the gifts.

Heat Transfer Printing

Applying heat-applied materials to various items

Most used on fabric which and stay on heat, like T-Shirt, Caps, Bags and lanyards.

Silk Screen Printing

Transfer ink onto a substrate

Most of the gifts can be printed in Silk screen printing, it always depends on the number of the color logo. It perfectly for solid color and on color based gifts like Bag, Clothing, Umbrella, Reusable Bag, Lanyards

Embroidery Printing

Create patterns on textiles

Printing for any fabric like Bag, Clothing, Cap, Towel and etc.

UV Printing

Ink dot is left sitting on top

The UV Printing is suitable for small gifts printing in full color, it using the CMYK code.

Pad Printing

Transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object
Pad printing (also called tampography) is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves an image being transferred from the cliché via a silicone pad onto a substrate. Pad printing is used for printing on otherwise difficult to print on products in many industries including medical, automotive, promotional, apparel, and electronic objects, as well as appliances, sports equipment and toys. It can also be used to deposit functional materials such asconductive inks, adhesives, dyes and lubricants. ~ sources by wikipedia

Laser Engraving

Using lasers to engrave an object
Laser engraving, which is a subset of laser marking,[1] is the practice of using lasers to engrave an object. Laser marking, on the other hand, is a broader category of methods to leave marks on an object, which also includes color change due to chemical/molecular alteration, charring, foaming, melting, ablation, and more. The technique does not involve the use of inks, nor does it involve tool bits which contact the engraving surface and wear out. laser engraving from alternative engraving or marking technologies where inks or bit heads have to be replaced regularly.

The impact of laser marking has been more pronounced for specially designed “laserable” materials and also for some paints. These include laser-sensitive polymers and novel metal alloys.

The term laser marking is also used as a generic term covering a broad spectrum of surfacing techniques including printing, hot-branding and laser bonding. The machines for laser engraving and laser marking are the same, so that the two terms are sometimes confused by those without knowledge or experience in the practice. – Sources by Wikipedia

Heat Transfer Printing

Applying heat-applied materials to various items
Heat printing, also known as heat transfer printing, is the process of applying heat-applied materials to various items (i.e., substrates) with a heat press. Heat-applied materials contain a heat-sensitive adhesive on one side; when heat is applied by a heat press to the material, the material adheres to the substrate to which it is being applied. The end result is a decorated garment.

Most used on fabric which and stay on heat, like T-Shirt, Caps, Bags and lanyards.

Silk Screen Printing

Transfer ink onto a substrate
Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. ~ sources by wikipedia

Embroidery Printing

Printing for any fabric like Bag, Clothing, Cap, Towel and etc.
Machine embroidery is an embroidery process whereby a sewing machine or embroidery machine is used to create patterns on textiles. It is used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising, and uniform adornment. Hobbyists also machine embroider for personal sewing and craft projects. There are multiple types of machine embroidery. These include free-motion sewing machine embroidery, this uses a basic zigzag sewing machine. Much commercial embroidery is still done with link stitch embroidery[1] the patterns may be manually or automatically controlled. More modern computerized machine embroidery,[2] uses an embroidery machine or sewing/embroidery machine that is controlled with a computer that will embroider stored patterns, these may have multiple heads and threads. ~ sources by wikipedia

UV Printing

Ink dot is left sitting on top
In UV printing, the ink dot is left sitting on top of the media, since UV inks dry immediately when exposed to UV light. This gives way to printing on virtually almost anything, coated or uncoated, from plastics and glass to wood and metal. Even better, UV printing emits less volatile organic compounds and produces no smell.

The UV Printing is suitable for small gifts printing in full color, it using the CMYK code.
